- If customers and their family members have an account at VietABank, they can transfer money at VietABank's ATMs with domestic debit card.

Where can I see the details of the transactions on my account?
- To view information about their personal account, customers can register to use SMS banking service. This is a service that helps customers track transactions on their accounts via 2 methods, email and mobile phone.
- Customers can directly visit the bank to receive their account statement, or use a domestic debit card to view and print the statement at ATMs.
- In addition, customers can query information of š“the last 5 transactions by mobile phone with SMS banking service and print transaction details through Digital bankiš²ng service.
